    My review is based on my experience not the food. Two days ago, I went to the store and ordered $50 worth of chicken, paid the cashier who is kind and asked that my order be ready by 4pm for pick-up. It was for a meeting. The cashier said, no problem. At 3:56pm, I saw I had a missed call and the owner had left a message that my food was not prepared because I didn't answer the phone. When I got I there, I asked why would this happen when I had paid in advance. The owner gave me no answer but just shook his head. I told him that this wasn't my first visit and that he was conducting poor business. He never addressed my concern the or the fact that I had to wait for food was good but I will never personally patronize his business again.

    Sad little place! I should have known when I didn't see any customers. Chicken wings under cooked and flavorless, I give them credit for the food being hot! The fries were also flavorless. I will not go back there. That was my first time go to America's Best Wings and if that's the best America has to offer then we truly are in trouble!

    I've always loved the moon dust wings. Beware if you don't like salt lol. But this location definitely had the fastest service. I'll be back.

    So I just left this location and I'll never return. I decided to go to this location just because it was the nearest to me. I arrived at 945. Called before to place my orders before I knew they closed at 10. No one answered the phone. As I walked into the store I noticed the you could see directly into the back where they prepare your food. That's good I like to see that you are clean. 2nd I noticed the 2 cashier's were playing with there hair. Young black guy and oriental girl.(ewwwwwww) but as long as they dont make my food. I'm good! Young guy says how can I help you. Before I respond. Guy in back says something to lady about not having anymore flats only drummies. She then turns to me and says... "sorry we're closed". I said I wanted to order tenders?! Sorry we are out of chicken . Me; a chicken business and you are out of chicken? Lady: sorry. Customer waiting in store snickers.... they dont allow me anything on the menu and I'm not one to force anyone to take my money. Especially a company that makes my food. NOPE NOT ME! I AM OUT!
